Duties
o Provides outstanding Customer Service to create a great shopping experience.
o Assists the store manager with store operational requirements.
o Assists in recruiting, hiring, training, and motivating of sales team.
o Maintains merchandising of all products and displays.
o Identifies current and future customer requirements by establishing rapport with all customers.
o Ensures availability of merchandise by maintaining accurate monthly inventories.
o Assists in managing the receiving and operations processes to ensure all merchandise is secure.
o Protects employees and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment.
o Maintains the stability, integrity and reputation of the store by complying with all company policies and legal requirements.
o Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending vendor seminars. Reviews professional publications.
o Maintains operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing operational and personnel policies and procedures.
o Work flexible schedules; such as nights, weekends, and holidays.
o Performs all opening and closing procedures timely and accurately.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
