The Sales Associate is the most critical link in ensuring that our customers have a rewarding experience that will keep them coming back time after time. As a Sales Associate you have a natural curiosity for technology; are able to present product benefits and features with genuine passion; can comfortably demonstrate products and find the customer's connection to Oakley product resulting in a sale.

THE QUALIFIERS

years of customer service experience
Ability to read, write, and effectively communicate with store staff and customers
Availability to work a flexible schedule and the hours necessary to open and/or close the store, including nights, weekends and holidays
Computer and cash register proficiency
Must have a professional image and presence
Strong verbal communication
Self-motivator and motivates others
High standard of tact, discretion, and confidentiality
Ability to be on your feet most of the day or moving on the sales floor or stock room. The job requires occasional sitting, standing, walking, lifting, carrying, and pulling up to 25 lbs.
Must be 18 years of age or older
