Job Description: Provides administrative support to the Delivery and Truck Shop Departments.
Assist in the transportation and truck shop's day to day operations
Answers phones and direct calls to appropriate person
Enters work orders and parts invoices
Maintains and updates Transman for the Truck Shop
Sorts and files Driver Vehicle Condition Reports for Truck Shop
Sorts driver manifests and driver logs and files appropriately
Monitors and calls drivers regarding use of scanners
Records information into Delivery Star Console, reports information to supervisor
Records information for Truck Shop and reports to supervisor
Contacts drivers regarding trip orders, records information and reports information to supervisor
Other duties as assigned
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Transportation experience helpful
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Able to pass a background investigation and drug test
Strong Customer Service orientation
Must have the ability to complete data entry efficiently and accurately
Other skills and abilities:
Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing
Proven track record in performing duties requiring a strong attention to detail
Able to work independently and as an effective member of a team
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Experience in prioritizing multiple deadlines

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
