Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and organized Office Assistant to join our team.
The Office Assistant will provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Duties:
- Answer and direct phone calls using a multi-line phone system - Assist staff with research, filing, printing, scanning - Greet and assist visitors at the front desk - Check in computers using our simple documented processes - Communicate with staff using MS Teams and our internal ticketing system - Assist with order entry and maintaining inventory records - Coordinate projects and assist with project management tasks - Provide clerical support to various departments as needed - 2-3 hours of cleaning and tidying of office per week Skills:
- Proficient in using phone systems and handling multiple incoming calls - Self-motivated to complete tasks with minimal oversite - Friendly and enthusiastic - Familiarity with general office procedures and equipment - Ability to accurately enter data and maintain records - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Proficient in using computer software such as Microsoft Office Suite - Is tech savvy with computers and mobile devices Job Type:
