Healthcare experience not mandatory, (happy to train the right person) but candidate MUST be Bi-lingual and FLUENT in Spanish.

The role of Evening Office Manager is vital in helping our patients and care teams meet these goals! Given our growing patient community, we're looking for a front office manager to join our team.

In this role, you'll be responsible for:
Help to keep the clinic and our patients moral lifted and happy Be a person with a Happy to Help attitude for our team members and patients Answering calls, setting daily schedules, rescheduling appointments, and other administrative duties.
Serve as the point person for office manager duties including record maintenance, sorting mail, incoming and outgoing phone calls, stocking supplies and equipment Handle cash and provide end of day tallies to accounting and corporate staff Ensuring our front office is maintained, tidy and presents well to patients Auditing patient accounts to ensure accuracy.
Overseeing the transmission of clinical reports to healthcare providers, as needed Performing other duties as needed What you'll bring to our team:
1 year of experience working in a medical office a +, but not mandatory Bilingual (Spanish & English) required Able to work until 10pm M-F Excellent computer knowledge, especially Microsoft Suite and Google Suite Ability to learn new duties and computer software as needed Strong organizational, communication and time-management skills Positive attitude, attention to detail and ability to work without direct supervision Reliable transportation required U.
