Job Duties:
Support basic bookkeeping functions including AP/AR.
Generate monthly resident rent invoices promptly and with precision! Manage and submit payroll for employees promptly! Performs basic HR functions, which includes maintaining staff files and monitoring training within the facility.
Provide support for the Executive Director as needed.
Communicate regularly and effectively with facility management/leadership!
Qualifications:
Ability to work independently and remaining on task despite distractions.
Proficiency with QuickBooks is preferred.
Previous AP/AR experience.
Previous payroll administration experience.
Proficiency with MS Office Programs.
